This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through https://kantyagroup.com. By purchasing from Kantya Group, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Kantya Group will process a full refund only in the following case:
- If we are unable to provide the selected mobile number UPC (Unique Porting Code) within the promised time period.
2. No Cancellation After Purchase
- Once the purchase is completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellation request will be accepted after the UPC code has been provided to the customer.
3. No Refund After UPC Delivery
- No refund is applicable once the UPC code has been generated and delivered to the customer.
- No exchange of number is possible after delivering the UPC code.
4. Partial Refund Policy
- Partial refund may be applicable only if we are unable to provide the selected number’s UPC and the customer chooses to replace it with another number of lower value.
5. Recycled Numbers Disclaimer
All numbers listed on our website may not necessarily be fresh numbers. Some numbers may be recycled by telecom operators. In such cases:
- Customers may occasionally receive calls intended for previous users.
- Kantya Group will not accept return, refund, or exchange requests on this basis.
6. UPC Validity and Reissue
- Once the UPC is provided, the customer must complete the porting process within the validity period of the UPC.
- If the customer fails to port within the validity period, they must inform us immediately.
- In certain cases, we may assist in providing a reissued UPC (Re-UPC), subject to telecom operator approval.
- After an extended period (several months), we cannot guarantee reissuance of the UPC due to technical or telecom-related limitations.
7. TRAI Regulations Compliance
- If a person has more than 9 mobile numbers registered under a single ID proof, additional numbers may be automatically terminated as per TRAI regulations.
- Customers are advised to verify their existing mobile connections before purchasing a new number.
- If a purchased number is not used or recharged for more than 45 days, it may be automatically terminated by the respective telecom operator as per TRAI regulations.
- Kantya Group will not be responsible if the number is terminated due to customer inactivity or failure to recharge.
8. Final Decision
Kantya Group reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, cancellations, or disputes, subject to applicable laws and telecom regulations.
