No. It is only a platform. The actual sale and ownership transfer of VIP numbers is handled by the respective dealers.

Question Is registration required to purchase a VIP number?
Answer

Yes, users may need to register to access certain services. You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

Question Are all VIP numbers guaranteed to be available?
Answer

No. After placing an order, our team first confirms availability with the dealer. Placing an order does not guarantee ownership until confirmation is completed.

Question What if the listed price or number details are incorrect?
Answer

In rare cases of human or system error (wrong price or mismatched details), a full refund will be initiated without deductions.

Question Is there a refund or exchange policy?
Answer

All sales are final. No refund or exchange is permitted once the number is successfully delivered. However, if payment is made and the number is not delivered within 24 hours, you may contact support for investigation and possible refund.

Question How long does it take to receive a refund?
Answer

If eligible, refunds are processed within 21 working days. The amount may take 3–21 days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s policy.
