1. Website as a Platform
The Website acts solely as an online platform to facilitate interaction between buyers and sellers of VIP mobile numbers. Kantya Group does not participate in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and is not a party to any contract of sale.
All transactions, obligations, and liabilities are solely between the buyer and the dealer/supplier. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Kantya Group and any user.
2. User Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law.
- The Website may refuse service to any user at its sole discretion.
- Users suspended or terminated previously may not re-register without written approval.
3. Important Pricing Disclaimer
All VIP numbers listed on the Website are uploaded and managed manually. In rare cases, due to typographical, system, or human errors:
- The price may be incorrect; or
- The number details may not match the actual availability.
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated without deductions. Kantya Group shall not be liable for any indirect loss arising from such errors.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All Website content including design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and software is the exclusive property of Kantya Group or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, or commercially exploit any Website content without prior written permission.
5. Registered Users
To access certain features, users may be required to register. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
Kantya Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is detected.
6. User Conduct

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

- Send spam or unsolicited promotions.

Kantya Group reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts violating these rules.
7. Interaction Between Users
Kantya Group does not guarantee the identity, reliability, quality, legality, or availability of any listed number.
Users assume all risks associated with transactions conducted via the Website. Kantya Group shall not be liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or business interruptions arising from transactions.
8. Refund & Ownership Disclaimer
The Website does not sell mobile numbers directly but connects users with dealers.
Placing an order does not guarantee ownership of the number. Availability will be confirmed before final processing.
If payment is made and the number is not delivered within 24 hours, users must notify us at hello@kantyagroup.com with transaction details. Verified refunds will be processed within 21 working days and credited to the original payment method.
All sales are otherwise final unless covered under our Refund Policy.
9. TRAI Compliance Disclaimer
- If a user already holds more than 9 mobile connections on a single ID, additional numbers may be terminated as per TRAI rules.
- If a purchased number is not recharged or used for more than 45 days, it may be terminated by the telecom operator.
- Kantya Group is not responsible for such terminations.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Kantya Group has no control over such websites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
All Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kantya Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Website
- Transaction disputes
- Errors or inaccuracies
- System interruptions
12. Termination
Kantya Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion without prior notice if:
- False information is provided
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Website security is compromised
No refund of membership or service fees shall be provided in case of termination due to violations.
13. Data Protection
Personal information provided by users is governed by our Privacy Policy available on the Website.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
15. Amendments
Kantya Group reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of that right.
